Our friends, Mr. and Mrs. Guo from Shanghai, imported some silk paintings mounted with silk years ago. All the paintings were done on genuine silk (not rice paper or Xuan paper). Mrs. Guo is living in Richardson, Texas, USA and has about 100 to 300 silk paintings, some seals, and Chinese calligraphy and painting mounting silk brocades and materials for sale. The silk paintings were not done by top artists and she decides to sell those at budget prices from $20 to $70 depending on the size, condition (defects, age, wrinkles), painting quality etc. If you interested, we will send you her contact. We do not endorse the artistic quality of the paintings since they were not done by renowned painters in China. For the price range, a genuine silk painting in Gongbi Meticulous style and mounted (ready to fit your frame) at this price range may be acceptable. These paintings are not all brand new since they are kept in plastic bags - those with good conditions will sell more than older ones.
